Cloonan love!

I love love this picture of Caroline with her baby, named Applesauce I believe, and Ellen. Not so great of me but we will move past that.... Anyhoo, as Caroline's mommy would say, these two little girls are becoming good friends and now enjoy playing with each other. Our little groups of friends has had a run of sweet little boys, so Caroline and Ellen have to ban together. I am so grateful for the Cloonan family and how they have been there to talk me through pregnancy and newborns. Carrie, you were a lifesaver in so many ways! Thank you for blazing the baby trail for our group of friends!

Dear Ellen,
Happy Birthday! You are a very special, sweet, and loving little girl! We cannot believe how fast you have grown and how quickly you have learned to be a toddler. But it makes sense, as your Mommy and Daddy have showered you with love since before you were born :). You are so special to us, as your Mommy and Daddy are such sweet friends and some of our Caroline's most favorite people. Caroline attempted to train your parents, especially your Daddy, in the ways of little girls by making many prank phone calls, playing copycat, and giving extra special gooey kisses. But Caroline has been most excited to have you as a friend! She couldn't wait, so she tried to meet you while you were still in your Mommy's tummy! She loves to be with you and show you all the fun there is to being a little girl from kissing puppies and playing with babies, to swinging high up in the sky and eating goldfish. We look forward to many more years of play dates together.
